Maps Paper Textiles My first studio in the Boston area was on Central St over a carpenter’s shop , across from the Somerville Museum where I exhibited some textile sculptures in 2001. I made some very large works on paper using photo background paper-which can be 6-8’ wide. I also explored mending tears and voids, which had serious intent, and I made silly superfood sculptures for the Somerville Art Council’s Windows Art Project.

Mixed Media Public ArtWindows Art Project (WAP) Somerville Goodwill store A fun community wide art project sponsored by the Somerville Arts Council using Davis Square storefronts as a public art venue. This one was a fun play with hybrid foods.
