Time slips so easily while integrating an artistic life with a toddler, a mariner, keeping vigor, strength, concern and compassion intact.  My studio on cottage street, nicknamed “The Barge” after hearing about Henri Marisse’s floating barge studio, was a sanctuary a few times a week.  This work comes from the impulse to express and connect through the joy of becoming a mother… Matrescence. The textile works were more carnal and the paper works more regimented
